- Customers can exchange their purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Please reach out to [email protected] to send your exchange requests.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached, and the return freight will be at the cost of the customer.
- Proof of purchase, such as an email of order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
- Exchanges can be made for a different item of equal or lesser value.
- If the customer wants to exchange for an item of greater value, they will need to pay the difference in price.
- If the item being exchanged was purchased on sale, the customer will only be able to exchange it for another sale item of equal or lesser value.
- Refunds will not be given for exchanges, but store credit may be issued if the customer does not find something they wish to exchange for.
- Jarvis Boards reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria or if the exchange policy has been abused
