Order CancellationUpdated 2 years ago

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact customer service ([email protected]) with their order number and request cancellation.
  •  If the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund.
  • If the order has already been processed but has not yet shipped, the customer will receive a partial refund for the amount of the items but not the shipping cost.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the items for a refund. Also, the return freight fee will be at the expense of the customer.  
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Jarvis Boards reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped or if the cancellation policy has been abused.
